i-clean self-cleaning system for industrial ovens and combi steam ovens
Our self-cleaning system is the world’s first cleaning system for ovens and combi steam ovens based on cartridges or tabs.
It was developed and patented together with Wiesheu, a leading manufacturer of industrial ovens and combi steam ovens.
Description of the system
The products, which consist of a cleaning agent and a rinsing agent in powder form, are in hermetically sealed cartridges that can be relied upon to prevent any contact with the active substances.
Before the cleaning process is started, the cartridges are put into the oven upside down. Contact with the product and leakage from the cartridges are eliminated thanks to the secure sealing.
After the cleaning process has started, the active substances are released by means of a set temperature-time profile at precisely the right time so as to ensure the highest-level of cleaning performance.
After a cleaning cycle, a rinsing cycle and then a drying cycle, the oven is once more hygienically clean and ready for baking.
i-clean Technologies has further developed the cleaning system for our partner MKN Maschinenfabrik Kurt Neubauer. MKN is the first company in the market for industrial combi steam ovens to introduce a two-in-one combination product with cleaning and rinsing functions. Here too cleaning and rinsing are each carried out in sequence at the optimum moment and under optimum conditions.
